About the role
- Ordering and management of office supplies
- Takeover of general administrative activities
- Organisation of business trips
- Working time coverage: five mornings per week
- Part time position, preferably 20h per week
- First professional practice is desirable, e.g. professional experience in the commercial sector
- Team spirit, service orientation, self-responsibility, accurate work, friendly and self-confident appearance
- Fluent English, ideally moderate knowledge of German
- Expert use of MS Office applications
