About the role

  • Responsibility for SAP implementation and implementation projects in the Customer Service (CS) area
  • Analysis and design of SAP CS processes and their technical implementation through customizing and development
  • Ensuring comprehensive integration on the basis of SAP logistics
  • Support, optimization and further development of existing SAP CS applications with regard to error analysis and troubleshooting
  • Support in the creation of business concepts in the SAP CS environment
  • Assumption of sub-project management and project management tasks
  • Creation of concepts, development of specifications for extensions, interfaces and reports

About you

  • 3 years professional experience in SAP-CS module support
  • Good knowledge of business processes in the field of logistics
  • Several years of experience in the project business would be an advantage
  • Ideally project experience within SAP CS projects as well as knowledge of interface modules (SD, MM, FI, CO, PP)
  • Good written and spoken German and English skills are desirable
  • Know-how in S/4 HANA desirable
  • Good communication and presentation skills, structured working method
