About the role
- System and application support in the Service Desk / First Level for our customers
- Acceptance, documentation and processing of malfunctions and service requests by telephone and ticket system
- Categorization, prioritization and forwarding of requirements to 2nd level employees in the ticket system as well as qualified input and support
- Exchange of information between customers, service team and specialist departments
- Coordination of problem solving with the specialist departments
- Successfully completed training in computer science and/or several years of experience in the IT environment
- Experience in the User Help Desk / Service Desk
- Good knowledge of Windows client and server operating systems
- Ideally, you should have knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange, Terminal Server, Citrix XenApp and the SAP environment.
- Good German and English skills (written and spoken)
- Readiness for extended working hours
